Roller Shutters Warranty
Subject to Warranty Restrictions and Exclusions noted below, this Roller Shutter product is warranted against faults in materials and manufacture for the following period from the date of original purchase:
- Parts (including pelmet box, guides, manual control, straps, axle and bearing) – 1 year
- T20 Smart Motor – 5 years
- Smartdrive Motor – 3 year
- Smartdrive Battery – 1 year
- Electric Motor (Somfy motor approved by Australian Standards Commission) – 5 years
- Curtain or Slat (Double aluminium skin polyurethane filled profile) – 5 years
All workmanship carried out by Gotta Getta Group will be warranted for a period of 12 months from date of installation.
