- Hydrostatic pressure, settling, movement, cracking, lifting, peeling, flaking, failure or other deterioration of the substrate;
- Faulty design and/or construction of the building; or
- Without limitation any other cause outside the reasonable control of GGG or Dulux AcraTex.
