Commercial Solar Power Panels Adelaide
Gotta Getta Group with their partners is pleased to announce the launch of its Commercial Solar Solutions Package after great success in residential solar. Energy charges are a big part of the day to day operations of any business. Unfortunately these charges have been constantly increasing over the years with no respite in sight.
Solar solutions for commercial business are out of reach for most due to the large capital upfront costs required for the systems. With our partner we are now in a position to offer systems with a very minimal up front charge and a package where by you will be saving money on your electricity from day one whilst paying off your system.
Commercial Solar Power presents an opening for both large and small businesses to eliminate their increasing energy prices. Solar for business offers an alternative to high utility costs by allowing businesses and commercial property owners to produce their own power. A better quality commercial solar panels system will seamlessly work in with your existing energy supply from the grid. Each unit of power that your system produces will mean a unit less that you will require to buy from your power retailer.
Commercial solar power use in the business world has greatly benefited businesses of all types that utilize this green technology. Putting to use this sustainable technology allows a business to thrive much easier than without it. Commercial solar power is something to ponder for businesses today that has the potential to have massive benefits in store for the business’ well-being overall.

“With skyrocketing electricity charges our company recently decided to research solar for our business. We selected a few companies to come out and quote on a solution. For me the Gotta Getta Group stood out and we decided to go with them as they offered a complete package which included solar and LED lighting. I am now over $3000 better off a quarter. I chose GGG as like me, they are a South Australian company with a good track record, since realising the savings to my business I have since used GGG to install solar at my home”

SOLAR RENTAL BENEFITS
MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY
After 60 monthly payments the systems is yours, why use your own money when you can use someone else’s.
INSURANCE AGAINST OBSOLESCENCE
As technology changes, you are not locked into owning obsolete equipment in the event of technology making the need to invest in new technology redundant.
NO RESIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY
Whereas a finance lease locks the lessee into paying a hefty residual payment at the end of the contract, no such obligation exists under a Rental. The Lessor takes all the risk of ownership.
OFF-BALANCE SHEET FINANCING
A Rental, unlike a finance lease, may not appear as a liability on a Company’s Balance Sheet. This means that your ‘debt to equity ratio’ and borrowing capacity are not affected. (In short, a rental commitment does not affect a company’s borrowing capacity.)
EQUIPMENT ADD-ONS
Only a Rental allows for add-ons without the need to complete a brand new lease. With the Master Rental Agreement, it is administratively easy to add to or vary the lease.
TAXATION BENEFITS
Rental payments are deducted from the income of the business the same way wages are done. A rental is an operating expense, not a capital expense, and therefore represents a full 100% tax deduction (assuming 100% business use).
USE OF FUNDS
Rental allows you client to use available cash in other areas or to save cash reserves. It makes sense to rent items that depreciate rapidly and to buy items that appreciate.
